The tradition of fine Mexican jewelry is present in each piece of jewelry made by this women-owned cooperative in Tecalpulco, Mexico.  The cooperative is known as Art Camp, which is short for Artesanas Campesinas or rural women.  Having survived a jewelry market collapse in the 199os, the women have honed their business skills introducing new methods, materials and machinery.  The group continues their rich jewelry making tradition by creating innovative pieces such as the Turquoise Attitude Silver Ring in this highly competitive market.
