Kids Organic Yum Apron
Zen Zen’s
Kids Organic Yum Apron is a yummy example of their company’s mission personified in their name. As Zen-Zen put it:
The name “zen zen” comes from a Japanese expression which loosely translates to “but of course” – that natural serendipity which occurs when you’re doing something positive for the planet.
If one is positively helping to secure a future for our children by being good to the Earth, but of course, one would use good things to create these fun aprons for kids.
Made with organic cotton, the apron features an adjustable coconut enclosure at the the neck, and flower prints with the word “YUM” on the front!
Zen Zen has been essentially green since 1992, but back then few understood what they meant when describing their products as natural or using ecologically sustainable materials. Today they are thankful that these terms are now recognizable household words. The Kids Organic Yum Aprons are made in their in-house Bali workshop where owner Andrea and husband Nyoman work and live.
They come in one size “44 long and retail for $20.
